Tatvanchintan's glycol ether acetates are a family of ethylene and propylene gliycol derivatives. Glycol ether acetates have a wider range of solvency properties than aliphatic hydrocarbons as they contain both ether and ester functional groupings. They can be used in a wide range of application.
Glycol ether acetates are clear liquids with mild, pleasant orders. Due to the presence of both an ether and ester group in the same molecule these products are miscible in water as well as most organic solvents making this group of products ideal for use as resin solvents for use in paint and coating industry, in addition to surface coating applications, glycol ether acetates are used as dye solvents in the printing ink, metal and furniture spray paint, textile and leather industries and as a solvent for agricultural applications. |
